Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 4IRE Real Tokenization platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in tokenized asset markets is prohibited.
You must complete identity verification (KYC/AML) as required before accessing investment features.
3. Platform Services
The Platform facilitates the issuance, purchase, and management of tokenized real-world assets ("RWA Tokens") including, but not limited to, real estate, precious metals, and infrastructure instruments. The Platform is provided on a technology-as-a-service basis. We do not act as a financial advisor, broker, or custodian unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
4. User Obligations
Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC.
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
Not engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity.
5. Tokenized Assets
RWA Tokens represent a fractional interest in the underlying asset as described in the relevant asset documentation. Token ownership does not confer voting rights, direct ownership of physical assets, or any rights beyond those explicitly stated in the token documentation. Secondary market trading of tokens may be restricted by applicable securities laws.
6. Fees
The Platform may charge transaction fees, management fees, or redemption fees as disclosed at the point of transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify the fee schedule upon 30 days' written notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to 4IRE Labs Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Risk Disclosure
Tokenized asset markets are volatile and values can decrease significantly.
Regulatory changes may affect the legality, liquidity, or value of RWA Tokens.
Smart contract bugs or blockchain network failures could result in loss of assets.
Past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results.
You should only invest amounts you are prepared to lose in full.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4IRE Labs Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or investments. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, any pending transactions may be cancelled and fees forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
